Certification & insurance
In progressFAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and commercial drone liability insurance are both being secured before this operates as a real commercial service — flying for hire without Part 107 isn't a gray area, it's illegal, and flying without insurance is just not how this gets run. Everything on this site right now is prep: the platform, the process, the paperwork — built and tested ahead of the cert, not after.

Airspace & compliance first
LAANC authorization checked for the location and date before anything leaves the case. Every flight logged against the 400 ft AGL ceiling — see the checklist for the actual per-flight receipt format.
Capture settings, standardized
DJI Mini 5 Pro · D-Log M 10-bit (gradeable, not baked-in contrast) · ND filters (shutter locked to 2× frame rate) · gimbal tuned for low pitch speed and high smoothness · Video Captions on, so GPS/altitude telemetry rides along with the footage instead of getting reconstructed after the fact.
Timing matched to the deliverable
Golden hour for anything cinematic or listing-facing; high sun (10a–2p) for roof/solar inspection detail, because shadows are the enemy of an inspection read, not an asset.
Privacy by default
Neighboring property and identifiable people are cropped or excluded, not an afterthought in editing — a standing rule, checked on every flagged clip before anything ships.
Same-day processing
Every flight runs through an automated post-flight pipeline — inventory, telemetry compliance receipt, AI-assisted shot cataloging, a privacy review queue a human actually clears — before a single frame gets edited. The tedious 70% is automated on purpose, so the time goes into the edit, not the sorting.

4K/60 HDR capture, sub-250g class. The full fleet — for now.
Thermal — simulated until it isn't
No thermal/FLIR payload in the fleet yet. Anywhere a thermal layer shows up in a sample, it's explicitly labeled as a placeholder, not real data — that's a hardware upgrade, not a software one.
What we do
Four separate lanes, priced separately, on purpose:
- Property Intelligence — parcel + terrain + fresh aerials, fused into a decision-support report.
- Listing Media — stills, video, and interactive fly-throughs for real-estate listings.
- Roof & Solar Inspection — close, slow passes for a visual condition read (see the home page).
- Scenery & Reels — stock licensing and custom scenic shoots for reels, titles, and b-roll.
